Artwork Purchase Agreement

By purchasing artwork from Deva Houston, The Artist, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Shipping and Delivery: Ground shipping is included in the USA. Delivery times will vary based on the destination, size of order, and the time of year. During the holiday season, production time is typically 12-14 days, whereas under normal circumstances, 10 days production time should be allowed. Your order may ship faster, but it is best to understand production takes a minimum of 10 days. Shipping times may also depend on your order and/or order size, so the time from payment to delivery may vary. If ordering paintings to be created in acrylic, oil, or resin, these times are increased as per the Terms of Service (Shipping Policy Tab).
Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. However, in the event of artwork arriving damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a return and replacement. We kindly request that you record a video of the unpackaging process to ensure the artwork's condition upon arrival. If any damage to the shipping box is observed, please photograph it before opening and include this in your video recording. This documentation serves as proof of shipping damage. All artwork is carefully checked at each stage of production including a triple check before packaging in our "Fort Knox Box" to ensure that all artwork leaves my hands in perfect condition. I take pride in my careful packaging and currently maintain a 100% success rate in delivering artworks in pristine condition. Here is a review from a customer who noted damage to the box prior to opening his painting.
"Hey Deva, My painting arrived and I just wanted to thank you for packaging it so well. FedEx beat the box up pretty bad. It was open on one end and had holes punched in the cardboard. The painting was still in perfect shape because of the care you put into your packaging. Thanks again and have a great weekend!" Bruce Jessop ~ April 2024
